Miserable WI. Miserable. Gonna see if I can change things this week and do things properly. Remember people, there are no shortcuts and it is imperative that we do it right. Minimal coffee for me this week and plenty of water. Also going to ensure I eat 3 meals a day and I'll aim to lose the 3lbs that I put on this week. :cry:
