any advice please?

have you gone straight from lipotrim to ww?? ww takes a bit of fiddling around with i found:)did you point and weigh everything,,play around with your weeklies i bet next week you'll have a loss i only lost half lb my first week:(
like yummymummy said just make sure you weigh everything and write it all down even your drinks, if you go from one diet to another it can have an effect like this especially if you've come from a strict diet, i don't see weight watchers as a diet i see it as a healthy eating plan, as long as you stick to your points you should start seeing some good results but stick with it, trust them it does work
