    For sauces I use:
Passata and mix in some herbs
    Stock - most are free!

I came across an amazing bbq sauce recipe and its syn free :)

Finely chop an onion and saute in a small saucepan. Add 1 tsp of mild chilli powder and coat the onions.

Then add 350mls of passata, 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp artificial sweetner and 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce.

Bring to the boil and then simmer for 10 mins.

    Its delicious :)

This sounds delicious! I'm definitely going to try it, except I'll add some maple syrup instead of sweetener. Yum! Thanks for sharing :D
