How is everyone getting on?
I'm only on day 3 and desperately trying to avoid the scales until the end of the week...don't want to fall into the trap again of checking the scales daily and getting stressed when i keep fluctuating!
Actually not finding it as hard as i thought (except for the lack of caffeine and wine )
Just started today so 10 weeks until the first week in October.
This is a big ask but I'm going for 28lbs. My birthday is also in the first week of October so I want an excuse to ask for money to buy new clothes! Hopefully I can get a big loss this week (I usually do) then it won't be too hard hopefully.
I gained 2lbs in July. I am sure the diet would work if I stuck to it but 1200 calories is just not enough for me just now so I am bowing out of DC. I shall pop in from time to time to cheer the 'losers' on.
Hi i've been very absent of late, had few things to deal with and diet gone out the window. But back and hoping to get back in the mood again. Put on most of what i lost so starting again :cry::cry::cry::cry:
