Any really low sauces to buy?

[cant weight to be thin]

Hi all

Does any one know of a really low sauce's to buy?

Chilli con carne (homepride chilli is 14 1/2 per 500g jar)
Any Pasta bolognese / lasagne etc
Curry paste (Tikka paste Pataks is 1syn per tbs)

Any spicy sauces?
