Any tips for low syn, high energy snacks?

Hello.
I work night shift and struggle to find something I can snack on during the night that's not high in syns.
I had been eating seeds, dried fruit and crackers but didn't realise how bad they were in terms of syns.
Any suggestions would be greatly recieved.

Fruit?! Veg?! Fat free yoghurts?!!

It might be a good idea to read through your food optimising book again for free food ideas
