any tips

hi all so i go away on mon till fri im starting the ts when im back. but im just wanting to know does anyone have any tips on how to not feel soo rough on the 2/3/4 day?
 
Drink lots of water.
Have early nights!
 
Remember it will this is the hardest bit, it will pass. Ignore your thoughts, you will have random food thoughts, they will pass too.

Keep at it and focus on your 1 week WI which you will delighted with.
