Yoghurt

Hi, just read your post. I buy total full fat yoghurt, the big tub, I add a few tspns of splender granules, mix it up and keep in the fridge, when I fancy something sweet and yoghurty I find a few tspns do the trick. I also use hartley's sugar free jelly powder, mix into a pase with teeny bit water then top up with soda water for a sparkling strawberry or whatever flavour drink you fancy
