Don't know why but I'm really struggling to stay on track today, keep craving everything and anything to eat, do you ever get those days? I've been good all week and weighing in tomorrow so shouldn't be wanting to be naughty but I can't seem to forget about food, I haven't gone over my points but am worried I might so thought I'd write on here instead of eat maybe one of you guys have some tricks up your sleeves!:cry::sigh:

Haha everyday I'm afraid but I have my Christmas goal in mind to lose 5 stone, 2 st 2lb to go .....
I haves cup of green tea with a slosh if milk and it fills me up

I feel what's important having food I don't 'need' or getting to my targets

I think we all have hard times and we all fall off sometime just try your hardest and keep going even if you fall off xx

i go in swings and round abouts, some days i feel like i'm just eating to make up my points and could cope on less points, then other days my points don't seem enough an i could eat a scabby horse lol x
I know what you mean!!! I don't have any tricks, I just have to ride it out and know the feeling will disappear long before the guilt/weight loss would if I caved.
