Hi I've been on weight watchers for 4 weeks lost 8.5 lbs in first 2 weeks then stayed same for last 2 weigh ins!! I'm on 32 points, i clock up about 30 activity points(which I do not use) and I've never touched my 49 weekly points. Can anybody help?? My leader has advised me to drop to 29pts but wondered if anybody else has experienced this
