Anyone do body attck?

There is a class on a sunday afternoon which is perfect for me at a leisure centre down the road.

I have never done any formal exercise and it does say its suitable for all levels, however Im a little worried Im just gonna embarass myself!

Does anyone go/been to these classes? Are they a good workout? It does say it is aimed to tone up and lose weight as well as improve your cardiovascular.
