Anyone doing/have done a Childcare apprenticeship?

Morning all,

Currently doing some research into Childcare apprenticeships (Level 2 and 3) - if anyone has any experience of them, could you let me know why you decided to do it etc. please?

Hey I did a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years (Level 3) which was most placements, then did a Higher National Diploma in Advanced care of children and their families and then a BA Hons in Early Years Care and Education.

I did it this way as when I started my daughter was 1, people who did the top up year for the BA Hons worked full time alongside and they found that it was the best way for them. I believe it would be a viable option if you are willing to accept the low levels of pay.
