Hi there looking for anyone thats on the SW Diet living in WA or of anybody that wants to start their journey and have a little bit of help.
I started a couple of weeks ago while in the UK and have 22kgs to lose. Having started in the UK I have the Food Optimising Books and also doing it on line but be good to have somebody to chat with as foods are a little different with brands etc and also be able to help each other on our weight loss journey.
