I have had a rubbish day too, due to lack of food in the house and extreme tiredness!

Involving a bacon sandwich for breakfast, then nothing all day, then 1/2 a pizza, some chips and some ribs. Then a chocolate muffin!!

Back on it 100% tomorrow. :bighug: xx

I've been soooo bad today too so def not alone. Throughout the day I've Had 2 slices White bread toast with marg, walkers sensations chilli crisps, a mint club, dollop of full fat Mayo with my dinner big chunk of cheese and a jam donut!!! Feel so guilty :(

wow, I thought I was doing well going for an 11 mile jog this morning, but the gym & spinning?! That's just impressive! Well done :)
