Anyone else find Alpen lights bloat them?

I only tried Alpen lights this week for the first time. But they seem to be bloating/giving me wind - does anyone else find this? Its really putting me off them now but they taste scrummy.

it does the same for me i think its the pro biotic in them as i try to stay away from anythign with pro biotic or put up with the bloatedness
