anyone else in similar position

    I have been on sole source for 4 days now and i am in ketosis...

    but when i've done this diet before i am normally hyper when i ketosis...

    however this time i am just sooooo tired
    and i am normally not like this...

    i don' know if its cos of the cold weather..( feeling extra cold too)

    does anyone else feel like this?

    Hi Babybaby

    To be honest I have never felt that Ketosis "high" as described by others... maybe feel less yuck as time goes on and more normal but definitely not hyper.

    Could be the weather?? Jan is the most depressing month... roll on the Spring!

    I usually feel quite tired till day 5, then I usually start feeling better and then over the next couple of days start feeling the need to spring clean everything and fidgeting and keeping myself busy .... so thats obviously when my ketosis high kicks in.

    It could be the weather - I'd love to hibernate! - or you maybe need to drink more water? I always feel tired and sluggish if I've not drank enough

    I never got the ketosis high till week 2, but I'd been in ketosis since the end of day 3. I am also MUCH hungrier when it is colder, and also if I accidentally have caff coffee instead of decaff. Apparently this is a sign that I am hyper-sensitive to carbs as caff coffee raises the insullin levels slightly. If you drink caff coffee, try decaff for a week to see if it makes any difference!
