Decided to do Slimming World a few days ago, I have decided to do it at home, can't face a group at the moment.

So after receiving my Food Optimising book and studying it I started today and so far so good.

I've read about the Extra Easy on here but have no idea what that is about so only following the book.

I need to lose 3st :(

So here we go!
 
Hiya, I started on 2 July if that's any good...?!
Also doing SW but from home as I've been a group member before and have all the books. I've given myself a month to lose at least half a stone and if I don't then it's back to class for me!:whip:

Extra easy is the first plan that's in the book. You fill 1/3 of your plate with super free foods every meal and have the other 2/3 free food, have an a healthy extra and a b healthy extra, and your usual Syns. I've done SW before but had the best results on Extea Easy!
