Not evil at all
omg if I knew it was illegal I would've done something when my post was stolen!!! When I moved house years ago we left a huge pile of paid for envelopes for the new owners so they could post our mail on to us (the re-direction thing takes a while to pick your mail up so the first week or two we had no re-direction). I was expecting a delivery of things from ebay and the ******* never posted it on, I just forgot about it as it was just some body lotion samples, but omg!! I thought there was nothing I could do!
