Hi. I'm new to this forum and I have to say I'm finding it a fantastic help!
I had my baby boy in August and also pigged out while pregnant and am now trying to shift it!
I've started on exante and am pleasantly surprised by how tasty it is. Only on day 2 and I've got the hunger pangs that most people experience initially. Have distracted myself with a manicure!! Lol
Must shift the last of my weight before I go back to work in May!

I had my baby last summer and have just managed to wean him, he wouldn't take a bottle so i couldn't go on a diet. I find ww or similar diets too difficult, I'm an all or nothing kind of person so am doing Exante.

I put on so much weight while I was pregnant and have been feeling pretty sorry for myself for the last few months. I hate being fat and feel frustrated with myself because before I got pregnant I lost loads of weight with LL.

Anyway, back to square one... This is my second week on Exante, I'm feeling okay and know in eleven weeks the weight will be gone and I'll be three stone lighter, I can't wait!

I'm planning on being pregnant again at the end of the year, any tips on how to keep the weight off?

Meee! Had my little girl in December and have been casually dieting without it making a dent. So it's time to get serious! :) I've lost 4lb this week, but finding it really hard, especially finding time to exercise. :-/ x
