I have lost 1lb this week (amazed after my naughty drinking weekend, drunken takeaway and hangover mcdonalds!). So that puts me at 10st10lb now. Good luck to those left to weigh! I have a question... Fajitas are one of my favourite meals but I haven't had them since startin sw - the ready bought spice mixes are high in syns and so are te wraps. Does anybody have any similar/alternatives for fajitas using minimal syns? Xxx

As for the wraps, sometimes I make egg wraps. Sounds odd I know but I whisk a couple of eggs with a bit of water and cook in pan till it sets, then sometimes for breakfast I will roll up ham and cheese inside with a few drops of hot pepper sauce, but I am trying them as fajitas on Sunday , they should be ok as they are tasty and syn free![]()
