Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Well done pebs, half a pound is half a pound, and should be allowed it's place in the limelight !!!!

That made me giggle about the pringles :)

Well done Flowery Rosie, Pebs & Tracy xx.
I did my WI today despite * week & its 1lb lost for me making me 11st 7.
I'll verify that on "normal terms" on Monday cos im a due a WI for SW online then anyway.
Good luck the rest of the gang! Megs xx

Well done on all ur losses and well done pebbles on that half a pound despite the biscuits! I have lost 1lb this week (amazed after my naughty drinking weekend, drunken takeaway and hangover mcdonalds!). So that puts me at 10st10lb now. Good luck to those left to weigh! I have a question... Fajitas are one of my favourite meals but I haven't had them since startin sw - the ready bought spice mixes are high in syns and so are te wraps. Does anybody have any similar/alternatives for fajitas using minimal syns? Xxx

Dubs that site belongs to britmumincanada from on here ,I've made quite a few things from there. Defiantly a very handy site :)

If you go to the slimming eats site there is a recipe on there for pork fajita pasta, and I made just the fajita mix and used that and it tastes like the proper stuff,
As for the wraps, sometimes I make egg wraps. Sounds odd I know but I whisk a couple of eggs with a bit of water and cook in pan till it sets, then sometimes for breakfast I will roll up ham and cheese inside with a few drops of hot pepper sauce, but I am trying them as fajitas on Sunday , they should be ok as they are tasty and syn free :)

That is a really good idea about the egg wraps, I'm going to have to try that, and I love your breakfast idea! I look forward to hearing how they were as fajita wraps!

For dinner tonight I am making chilli dogs and hexb of jacket potatoe with salad, and for after I have made sugar free jelly and chocolate tofu pudding that I will have with some strawberries.

It's a fab site and britmums lovely she is a real trooper and with a new baby in tow. Anyway dubs I've tried quite alot of her recipes over the past year and I can truly recommend the aubergine lasagne, her gravy is great too, as is her houmous.
