Made mushy pea curry sauce again last night,and am afraid to say it is on the same list as kfc chicken to never eat again !!!!! Yuk!!!!! :)

Oh not again, poor you. Do the butternut squash one on our thread it's much nicer. Once you've blended all the butternut it gives you a rich thick curry sauce xx
 
Thanks for the praise for my salmon it was lovely definitely do it again soon. Recipe going on our recipe thread as we speak but if you have jan/ feb mag handy it's in there.

Still need some of those weights for this week but I'll post them so far.

Rules this week please , you've had a gentle welcoming back from Christmas with lax rules but as we head into feb we can no longer claim to be 'post chrimbo'
I've shopped in lidl, sainsburys, joes sausages and a little shop in marks spent a fortune but it's all worth it cos fridge n freezer n cupboards are full.

SO- rules recommence
1) I've sat and planned meals ,syns, hex's, etc for 2 weeks. Dug through old mags, cut outs, recipe books and old menu diaries and found loads to keep me occupied and focused.
Therefore- I would like (please) you to make a plan of your next 3 days at least incorporating what you'll have for hex and syns. Post if you'd like to, it may give us all ideas too for next week.

2) post pictures of at least 2 meals please

3) report with daily fruit n veg to try to hit our 5 a day as much as pos.

4) and your old favourite- the stairs challenge! Up and down the bottom stair for 50 steps, if 50 is easy do another 50 with tin of beans in each hand.
report back on how you've done

5) One new pud this week, youve never done, let us know if it's worth trying.

So come on you orrible lot, major bumKicker is on the case
 
Those rules are pretty sweet actually,but would defiantly like to see what your plans are,so I can steal some lol !!!

Well me too kind off, but I have the odd one. The way I look at it is, you can have 1 heb of bread or cereal then the rest is red and green.
So today I wanted scramble, ( if I have poached I can't have it without toast) so I did mushroom, tomatoes, a joes pork & leek sausage and beans. Then I can happy have my roast and not worry too much about too many heb's with pots and nips.
How are you feeling now? You ok?

Sorry it's just a scribble at moment, but it's mon- thurs 3 green days and a red.

Monday
B - apple raisin cinnamon compote with yogurt (4 syns)

L -Mugshot and an egg and cheese sandwich, fruit.
D- spaghetti carbonara ( Jan feb mag) (bacon heb , Parmesan hea)
Black forest roulade (4)

Tuesaday

B- cheese mushroom omelette (hea)
L- tortellini ricotta n spinach 1/2 pack for 2.5 syns with Parmesan 1.5 syns and roasted cherry tomatoes
D- mango chicken (heb) veg couscous, twice baked sweet potato
Baked apple (4 syns) with sultanas n sweetener to be synned at time

Wednesday
B- grapefruit toast marmalade (heb)
L- curried rice n potato cakes & salad garlic Mayo (2)
D- baked bean lasagne (2 heas) Wedges salad

Thursday
B- cereal (6 syns)
L- salmon pate crispbreads (5.5syns for 4) yogurt
D- joes pork and chilli grillsticks with pitta (heb) garlic Mayo (2syns) salad chilli sauce chips (heb)

Yeah I'm fine now thanks,well until next wi anyways !!!! Lol
I did make my own sausages the other day but forgot to post a piccy,next time I will .I do have an electric sausage machine but this time I used a good old plastic funnel and me finger !!!!!
 
Good morning guys i'm just up after a lovely sun morn lie in :)
I'm glad to see the must do exercise element of the rules back, i'm doing better but a wee boot in the bum always helps.
The pics & cookin i can't manage as i'm working in the afternoon all wk, i'll try & have a bash at it next wk tho
