Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

morning all,it is very quiet on here !
Dubs you have the same amount of Weeks left as my sister in law,I saw her last week for the first time since October and her bump had really sprouted !
Pebs good luck for re starting tomorrow.
I have been doing ee since last Monday,so am feeling quite pleased with myself,will weigh tomorrow,although I think I need new scales,but am carrying on regardless of what they say,I feel much better already just for eating better.

I'm actually looking forward to starting again, feel so lethargic and I've gained about half a stone easily .

I started SW at home on Thursday 2nd Jan and Im going to make Thursday my weigh in. Work first three days of the week so Thurs works well. So would be great if I could join your thread to keep me motivated and focused. Have just under a stone to go, doesn't seem like loads but is a challenge to shift alone!

Morning ladies,good luck today for your first day back on the wagon :)
did weigh in this morning just coz I restarted last Monday,and I lost 3lbs,pretty good for me I suppose,considering how slow my losses are,at least it's a start !

today breakie will be poached eggs and hexb of toast.
lunch : jacket potatoe ,beans and bit of salad (hopefully,if I get chance to eat it )
dinner :chilli,rice and corn on the Cobb.

i am really struggling to use my syns though,I haven't had chocolate at all this week,as I really haven't fancied any so haven't used them on that,but last night was searching the cupboards to find something to use them on !!!! Xxx

Will you continue to WI on Mondays or have a short WI week this week (or long one n weigh next Thursday)?

Food yesterday for me was PANTS....
Had to go to the hospital for an injection anytime after 2... Ended up getting out of bed at 1ish.. So hadn't eaten before I went.. Had fruit but nothing substantial.. So ended up having the following food day...
Snacks: Apple. Mandarin. Banana
Lunch (@ 4:30pm!): Muffin, 2x bacon medallions, dry fried egg, slice cheddar cheese. Cup Raspberry Leaf Tea. Glass of water
Dinner: Chinese take away: Half portion shredded crispy chicken, half portion chips, half portion FRIED rice, Szechuan sauce!!!

Had such a bad headache I went to bed shortly after my "lunch" n J suggested rather me getting up to cook, we order in (God forbid he should cook!!!) So who was I to argue???!!!
Today will be better as for a start... I was up earlier!!! LOL
Back at work today so back to routine... So food will be...

Drink: Black tea with a slice of lemon. 750ml water
Brekkie: 30g Porridge (made on water with splash of milk)
Lunch: Homemade Veg Soup. Wholemeal mini pitta with shredded roast chicken, sweetcorn and ex light mayo. 750ml water
Snacks: Apple. 2x mandarins. Banana. Orange. 750ml water
Dinner: Fillet of duck, baby potatoes boiled, mixed veg

Hopefully all of that good nutritious food will keep me nice n full then for the evening so no snacking.. If not... I've plenty of fruit in and carrots so should be OK...
