Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Wahooooooo yoppppeeee deeeee doooo thTs great news how exciting .
You two did so well to maintain this week seeing as you were Ill so don't be too down heartened .

So then

It's Tracy sts = 4lb loss total
Dubs sts =0.5 loss total
Pebs. 2lb =5lb loss total

So in 2 weeks we are 9.5lb down . !!!!!! Well done girlies xx
 
Meals - breakfast I remembered to bring it. Muesli and rhubarb low fat yogurt from tesco

Lunch was tomato herb mugshot, chorizo and balsamic sundried pasta ( biggus yummus) small side salad. Then mid afternoon a mint mullerlite (yuk yuk uukety yuk) and a tesco mini mince pie 4 syns . Xxxx

Aww man.. I've contributed nothing to the loss so far.. Next week I WILL do better!! Lotz of activity points will be earned with lifting and shifting boxes, bags and furniture.. Scrubbing and walking my favourite little puppy...
Planning on doing some batch cooking over the weekend so I've no reason to dial the chippy..

right here goes girlies!!!!!


boiled fruit cake.




12oz mixed fruit
5oz glace cherries
20z mixed peel
4oz chopped or whole nuts
6oz brown sugar
4oz butter/marg
i teaspoon mixed spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
1/2 pint of milk
12oz self raising flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoon treacle


1.Put all ingredients in a saucepan,EXCEPT THE FLOUR AND EGGS.
cook until all the butter has melted,and leave to cool.
2.Once cool mix in the eggs and flour.
3.pour into a lined cake tin,or a greased silicone pan.
4.Cook for 40 mins on gas mark 3 then 1 & 1/2 hours on gas mark 2.



If it looks like the top is browning too quickly then put some foil over the top and remove it just before it finishes cooking.

I also sometimes add in some desicated cocnut or extra nuts or fruit too.

Errrr huhhmmmm ' not contributed anything to the weight loss' ! Hello - wrong!!!! I'm not having that ! You most certainly have contributed to the weight loss by 0.5lb this 2 week period !

Think of what you have achieved in weight loss since starting , so no more of that old rubbish.
Now go get packing n batch cooking for your new nest .

I typed a whole long post and none of it saved so this is a much slimmer version it's so annoying.

Yesterday was a green day and a good day until late evening .
Muesli and yogurt for breakfast, then lunch was a small side salad with 1 babybel, tomato mugshot, chorizo and balsamic sundried pasta , mint mullerlite yuk yuk yuk and a tesco mini mince pie (4 syns)

Dinner last night was spaghetti carbonara yum yum

Then I was hungry again at 9 so I made actifry chips and had a pack of frazzles and some fruit tea loaf . Stayed on plan but felt bad anyway.

Missed breakfast was too busy sorting kids out to get to their dads had a cappuchino tho, lunch was a ham and Philly toastie with carrot and coriander soup

Aww thanks Pebs. I kno a half is better than nothing but wanted a loss this week. Oh well, I didn't gain n that's good too :)
Skipped brekkie this morning too. But only coz I only woke at 11:30... So had 2 sausages. Fried onion n mushroom. Bacon medallions. N nimble toast for lunch 3/49pp :)
I have puppy today too as my BF if working a 12 hour day today so we've been to the park n done 3 laps (45 mins) n will head out again shortly. Puppy is currently having a nap :) He's too cute :)

Brekkie: ww French toast,cooked frozen berries,small banana and fat free Greek yoghurt :)

Breakfast - 2 eggs on toast , no butter, black coffee whilst out shopping for Santa .

Lunchtime - costa Xmas flavour coffee still out with Santas list

Dinner - roast pork that we should have had for yesterday's lunch but was too busy making lists with Santa !!!!!!!

Santa is going to need a very big sack and lots of extra cash this year!
