I typed a whole long post and none of it saved so this is a much slimmer version it's so annoying.
Yesterday was a green day and a good day until late evening .
Muesli and yogurt for breakfast, then lunch was a small side salad with 1 babybel, tomato mugshot, chorizo and balsamic sundried pasta , mint mullerlite yuk yuk yuk and a tesco mini mince pie (4 syns)

Then I was hungry again at 9 so I made actifry chips and had a pack of frazzles and some fruit tea loaf . Stayed on plan but felt bad anyway.
Missed breakfast was too busy sorting kids out to get to their dads had a cappuchino tho, lunch was a ham and Philly toastie with carrot and coriander soup
