Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Waaaaaaaa... I just weighed myself n I'm into the 11's..... I have not seen the 11st mark on a scales in over 10 years..... Thank U guys. I honestly would not have stuck with this weight loss lark without every last one of u

Ahhhh love him.

Had a valentines meal for 2 yesterday from M&S, as we were both working Thursday night. Sadly put on 3lb overnight lol !!!!!
But it was a lovely meal and well deserved.

So today brunch was egg and bacon and ww toast
Dinner tonight chicken and chorizo jumbalaya and a garlic wholemeal roll. Yum

Yummy brunch. Jealous.
 
Scan bran chocolate cakes.

5 scan bran
1tbsp golden syrup
28g cocoa powder
6 tbsp sweetener
3 beaten eggs

Soak scan bran in little boiling water then drain off any excess, mash .
Add other ingredients
Mix and divide into 12 muffin cases.
I baked mine in halogen for 8-10 mins or do them in microwave

Ok so they aren't choc chip or double choc muffins but served with a squirt of light cream on top and some fresh fruit and a mug of tea, they're actually ok .

Der yum! I've had mine with far free n gluten free marshmallow creme n fresh strawberries. Yum!!
 
Busy day at work today but managed to stick to plan again, that's 3 days so far since the valentines meal on Sunday .

How many days has everyone else done? Anyone got any potential wobbles coming up? I've got a friends birthday meal this Saturday. She wants to go for a Pizza Hut which isnt the best place I could think of for sticking to plan. But they've got the salad cart and maybe if I shared a pizza and had 1 slice I might be ok.

Had a nice dinner tonight steak and kidney with dumplings made using the cheese scone recipe.

Hey Pebs.. I have a weekend away (St. Patricks weekend) coming up.. And a night out with friends the week before that.. The weekend away should be OK food wise.. But I'll go over bigtime on booze.. Will stick with vodka and diet 7up tho.. So hopefully not do too much damage..
Will make sure the fridge is stocked up before we leave so I can get straight back to it when we return.. Might even get in the makings of a superspeed soup to have for lunches between getting home and the next WI..

Ooh I hear ya!! I'm the same.. We're having lotza work done on the house ATM so its rather stressful.. And I don't have a proper kitchen so its hard... And the lack of sleep is making me too tired n lazy to bother tryna do decent lunches/dinners... I need to get my head in the game.. I keep seeing 11st show up on the scales but it soon disappears again.. I need to get properly into the 11's...
 
Hi, I started SW on 21 Jan 2013. I weigh in at home on a Thursday as I can't get to a group. I was previously doing WW for 6 months and lost 10lb but found it hard going, especially as I like to cook everything from fresh. Finding SW much easier to fit into my lifestyle and it seems to be working great so far.
Would love to keep track with everyone else on a Thursday.
