Your dinner sounded and looked lovely pebbles! We ended up going to a local pub and sat in the beer garden with a big plate of lean meats and salad, was so scrummy!
Its my wi tomorrow so today I am trying to to wean off the food a bit! Had a muller light yogurt so far, do have some savoury rice for lunch, for tea though stuffed chicken with mash and veg! How is everyone today? I have been looking for a dress for Saturday night and found a hire website and the most gorgeous dress so makes me want to be super good! Xx

So today my lovely losers, is 'fridge day' yes today is the day the new American fridge arrives, the all singing, all dancing, crushed ice , cubed ice or cold water delivering fridge to help me with my fluid intake. So I am very excited , the kitchen is all ready to greet her as we wait with baited breath. And we wait..........and we wait and still she doesn't arrive, past breakfast and past lunch, oh damn and I needed to go shopping, and collect a prescription and get school shoes from clarks arrrggggh ! Could have done sooo much today.
Well, whilst STILL waiting I made :
breakfast - baked bean, mushroom And cheese omelette (1/2 hea, ) small milky coffee (1/2 hea)
Lunch - Curried parsnip soup (free)
Dinner - Roasted veg, parsnips , potatoes, carrots, and minted lamb chops.
SPICY PARSNIP SOUP
---------------------------
Serves 2 syn free
340g parsnips diced
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove crushed
Fry light
1tbsp curry powder
1 tsp each - cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger
1 pint of water and a chicken stockpot
Salt and pepper
Spray pan and cook onions, until softened, add garlic and powdered spices and cook for 3 mins. Add a little of the water for stock if needed. Add parsnips, water and stockpot , bring to boil then simmer until parsnip cooked.
Blitz and add more hot water if required. Very tasty
