So Friday already and it couldn't have come quick enough. God I need a couple of days off.
So meals today my little friends, green day
Breakfast - milky coffee from HEA (250ml )allowance
2 toast with banana and a scrape of marg (1 HEB + 1.5 syns )
Lunch - chicken (1 HEB) and couscous salad, banana, yogurt .

Dinner - butternut squash risotto, with ( HEA) of cheese

Snacks - prawn cocktail hoops = 4 syns
Smoked cheese portion = 2.5 syns
Options = 2 syns
2 HEA's , 2 HEB's and 10 syns
Sitting watching tv and I am hungry.comLol.
I've still got my options to take to bed with me.
I'm looking at aiming for 2 litres of water daily for the weekend , plus a 3 mile brisk walk and staying on track 100% .
Anyone got plans for this weekend.? Xxxx
Morning all!! Well, I was a bad little smurf yesterday!! I had:
Multiples glasses of dressed pimms and a few of wine!
I had chicken legs with skin on, loads of pastry (sausage rolls, salami pie) mayonaissy salads but I didn't have any desserts. I did however have some Doritos and sour cream and a few salt n vinegar Pringles!! Haven't eaten yet today. Must do up a bat of fat busting water and arrange cover so that I can get out for a damage limiting walk!!
Actually Peb's, I think you need to devise some sort of damage limitation meal plan for all of us bad Peblettes!!
