Ok gang so, an update on the update !

Pebs - STS for me and I'm back on track . Total loss since our recent restart = was 6.75lbs , now 4.25lbs

Dubs - it's a rollover week

Smurfy - 2.5lbs off - woooohoooooo plus last weeks 2lb so are you at 5lb off smurfy?

Bean - 0.5 up due to a fab cruise



Had a busy ol day again as Thursdays are. Just sitting in bed typing as we speak. Full on day with patients and very little break. However I managed the following -

EXTRA EASY DAY

Breakfast - milky coffee from 250ml allowance (1HEA) 2 slices toast (1HEB) with low fat marg ( 2 syns), marmalade on one
(1 syn) and marmite on the other.


Lunch - bachelors Chinese rice, salad, boiled eggs x2, hot smoked salmon pieces, 1000 island light dressing (0.5 syns)
Banana, satsuma


Dinner - Keema curry ( deeeeeelicious) jacket potato and salad with 1000 dressing (0.5 syns)


So 1 HEA, 1 HEB AND 4 syns

Jonathan (my BF for the newbies) is working late tonight so I can whatever the hell I want for dinner tonight coz I don't have to take his fussiness into account.. Ooohh what to have... EXCITED...
I know to most this would be something really bold... But I'm thinking maHOOsive salad or stir fry.. Oh how I miss a good stir-fry!!!

Smoked cheese portion = 2.5 syns
Options = 2 syns

2 HEA's , 2 HEB's and 10 syns

Sitting watching tv and I am hungry.com :( Lol.
I've still got my options to take to bed with me.

I'm looking at aiming for 2 litres of water daily for the weekend , plus a 3 mile brisk walk and staying on track 100% .

Anyone got plans for this weekend.? Xxxx

Hey ladies.. OK.. So I've promised to write up my food.. So here goes.. its not too pretty... :eek:

Brekkie: 2 Weetabix with LF milk
Lunch: Brown roll, tuna, ex light mayo, sweetcorn n red onion. King Crisps. Diet Coke. Skinny cappuccino
Dinner: Bagel factory turkey club melt, s&v hunky dory's. Skinny cappuccino (from starbucks)
Snacks: maltesers. 2x mandarins. apple.
2x 750ml bottles water.

Hi beck yes I have a recipe page called 'pebbles and the gangs great grub recipes ' if you're on the computer then the link is on the bottom of my posts but if your on the phone etc it doesn't appear so search for the page than save it. There's loads of recipes on there . Xx

Here's last nights tho coming up

BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND SAGE RISOTTO
SERVES 3

1st chop a bns and roast in oven with some sage (can use dry sage)for about 30 mins or until soft

then in a pan fry an onion and a clove of garlic.when thats all softened add 300g risotto rice and keep topping up with some vegetable stock. I used 2 veg stock cubes and a 2 and half pints of water and kept topping up.
Add salt and pepper

when bns is done , mash half and put it in with your rice and this will turn it a lovely yellowey orangey colour,keep topping up with stock untill rice is cooked,then when all stock is absorbed dish out and put remaining bns on top.

also really nice if grate hea of cheese on top.

Multiples glasses of dressed pimms and a few of wine!
I had chicken legs with skin on, loads of pastry (sausage rolls, salami pie) mayonaissy salads but I didn't have any desserts. I did however have some Doritos and sour cream and a few salt n vinegar Pringles!! Haven't eaten yet today. Must do up a bat of fat busting water and arrange cover so that I can get out for a damage limiting walk!!

Actually Peb's, I think you need to devise some sort of damage limitation meal plan for all of us bad Peblettes!!

I actually think you deserved the treat and I think if you weigh again ( if you haven't already) you'd be surprised.

Yes definitely do the walk and the water today to counteract it but I think you have a point there! I am going to draw up a DATDB which will called the DATDEB DAY. ( the day after the day before )

I will make a plan for damage limitation to have the day after a bad one. So it will include a bout of exercise, copious amounts of water and speed foods . I will do one for the days when we have to work and one for the days we are at home. I'll try and make it simple and cheap too.




Ok there are a couple of things I wanted to add a few days ago and forgot. So here they are.

Savoury rice packets are 2 for £1 in POUNDLAND

Hoops and crosses crisp snacks (4 syns per pack ) are 99p in 99p stores

Weight watchers choc bars (4.5 syns) are £1 in POUNDLAND

Frylight reduced to £1.89 in asda

Shapers snacks in boots are 73 calories ( 3.5 syns) for the prawn cocktail ones and salt and vinegar ones and are yummy , the strawberry nougat bars are 4 syns.

Hi ladies!


So today I went shopping for my new job!! Started in sainsburys and brought 2 pairs of goks jeans they are a size 14!!? I have really lost any weight so not sure how that has happened, they are all a little too tight but the 16's swamped me so I need to be super good so they fit comfortably! Then I went joules and brought a love quilted jacket and as it was 3 for 2 I also got a pair of wellies and a little pair d boating shoes, finally I got a pair of vans as well! I'm now poorer than poorer but the new job is on a golf course and I have no casual clothes. Food wise I haven't been good as yest we had a celebratory Chinese and a bottle of wine!
Today just had a homemade ham and cheese sandwich and a greggs sausage roll! Must get back on track, I promise tomorrow I will be 100% on plan!

What have you all got planned for the weekend? Xxx

Peb's, there was no increase on the scale this morning, but I expect it to hit tomorrow or the day after!! Am having a very lazy day today - spent the morning at my mothers, going to bath the kids now, light the fire and stick on a DVD. It's steak and baby potatoes tonight. Martin's working all weekend so no plans for tomorrow either!!
 
Yes I did smurf :) it's an events intern, the company do all the major golf tournaments so next week in at the BMW championships in wentworth! It sound exciting but very different to what I'm used to so I hope it will be good!

I have got sw burgers for tea! Yummy!! Xx

Right I am flipping shattered. Had brekkie then marched out into the garden for body magic extraordinaire. My garden is like a rainforest, tip, and kids dumping ground all rolled into one. I can't even see the rabbit hutches nor the clothes line. So off I went armed with shovel, rake, fork, lawn mower and after hours of digging, mowing, pruning, and lifting sacks I have lawn! Rabbits and somewhere to dry the washing.

Meals - red day

Breakfast - bacon, mushrooms, poached eggs x2, tomato and 2 slices of bread , mug of tea (1HEB)

Lunch- pint of diet coke whilst in garden

Dinner - gammon, frylight egg, mushy peas (4 syns on red for 1/3 tin) actifry wedges (1HEB 227g ) mayflower curry sauce (2 syns) stir fried veg in oyster sauce. Yum yum and did I say yum.

I'm not finished yet, I've still got 2 HEA's so I may have cheese and apple and a milky coffee later whilst watching the Eurovision , god help me.

Got all 4 kids for a sleepover tonight, that's my two plus OH's two , somebody beam me up! .

Nothing planned tomorrow except a trip to the nail salon and maybe the market for fruit n veg . Xxx

Love the plates Pebs!

I was ok today - just a banana for breakfast, I was too shook to eat anything else! Had a whole meal roll with some turkey, ham and a little scrape of coleslaw. Dinner was steak, a few baby potatoes, roast pepper and tomatoes.

I did have a glass of proper coke during the day - and a taste of confirmation cake!
 
Happy Monday gang . Dull and dreary day here for my day off . I'm off to Kent for the day with OH our usual Monday jaunt out.

Had a good weekend but a few too many unexpected syns yesterday but not too bad.

Made pulled pork and BBQ sauce and coleslaw with actifry fries last night - everyone loved it and well worth the effort. Then had a caramel toffee marks and Spencer's count on us mousse for 4 syns .
