A joes burger , with onions, and cheese and sandwiched between 2 potato discs instead of a burger bun. And it was delicious.

So, I peeled a large potato, ( will buy a big jacket one next time) then cut into thick discs. I boiled the discs in boiling water for about 10 mins until just soft. Then sprayed with fry light , sprinkled with paprika and actifried until done. Xx

Ooh pebs. Mouthwatering

Pebs... My little personal online nurse... My neck is KILLING me... Think it may also b bringing on my headaches... Anyway... What can I use/take to make it stop hurting?????

Only paracetamol my little dub , but if its no better in a day or so, go to doc as he can give you something more if needed. And yes headaches will be the likely cause of a 'crick in the neck' xxx

Chicken salt and pepper - and it's yummy

SALT AND PEPPER CHICKEN

4 Chicken breasts chopped into strips.
2 onions, sliced
4-5 cloves of finely chopped/minced garlic
a bunch of spring onions topped, tails, and chopped into small bits.
3-4 green or red chillis ( I used a tsp red lazy chilli)
green or / red pepper chopped into small chunks.
sea salt
black pepper

Liberally frylight a wok or large frying pan and heat up.
Add onions and green pepper to pan, and fry over a medium heat so they soften up nicely.
Add garlic, spring onions, chillis to pan and fry for a further minute or so.
Add chicken strips.
Throw several large pinches of sea salt and pepper over the chicken.
Fry the whole bally lot together, stirring repeatedly until the chicken is cooked through.
