Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Hey dubs just been catching up,and congratulations on team pink,I thought you would have a boy too,I don't know why !!!!!
hey pebs,I knew you'd be back,glad Greece was good. And I need some serious help,I just can't get myself back in the game,and my scales say I have put on a stone :(
any suggestions on how to get remotivated would be appreciated,as there is only 54 sleeps till crimbo and I would love to be a lot lighter !!!!!!!xxxxxx
 
Bliming eck fifty what days til Christmas ??? Oh my god.
Welcome Andie and we all need to lose a stone before Christmas ( except dubbers) so lets kick some butt and lose that fat together. Tracy you can do it you know you can. Come on guys we gotta keep each other going. I gained a lb this week but I've had a bag of Chips and a cake somewhere in my sleep , it wasnt me you understand but my subconscious that did it .
So Monday I'm focused full on and lets get serious xxx
 
Am sitting here with me slimming world books as we speak,hopefully meal planning for next week !!!!

Well food plan today is:

Brekkie: 2x wholemeal toast. Cuppa tea..
Lunch: Homemade veg soup (which includes: Carrot, parsnip, turnip, red pepper, courgette, red onion, celery, brocolli, passatta, tumeric, parslep, basil, garlic, veg stock n a pinch of ginger) with a wholemeal half baguette
Dinner: Cottage pie with mixed veg
Snacks: 3x apples. 2x pears. Banana. 2x Mandarins
Water: On my first bottle (750ml) now..But hoping to drink at least 3 as I've been CRAP with water of late...
 
Morning pebs,I had 2 slices of 50/50 bread xtra light mayo and ham in a sandwich,and have just had an americano coffee in Costa,I am doing more healthy eating than slimming world,just because I can't afford to but lots of extras and stuff,but today is the day xxxxxx

Have just found out I have an interview for a job today,it's on Wednesday for a lunch time helper at the boys school !
This will be my first job(if I get it ) in 10 years !!!!!!!
I do volunteer at the school 2 days a week,and am on the fundraising commuter,but am hoping if I get this job then I would like to apply as a teaching assistant.
Don't know why I'm posting it on here,but I'm just a little bit excited !!!!!!!!!!!:)

theres the fact youll be off school hols etc
Working a different routine may boost your metabolism
Plus the feel good factor

Lunch yesterday was a chilli mugshot ( yuk wont be having that one again ) and a pack of salt & vinegar velvets .

Dinner was barneys rice

Leftover chicken shredded,
enough boiled rice for amount of people required 1 tbsp curry powder, salt n pepper
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 handful peas

Spray pan and add onion cook 3 mins, add garlic then add curry powder and tomato ketchup. Stir through , add peas Cook for 1min then add cooked rice, chicken and a cup of water stir around until rice takes on the colour of the curry powder . Serve

Ooh no... Couldn't eat ketchup.. Even the smells makes me heave... YUCK... xx

Food plan for today...
Brekkie: Starving so having 40g porridge instead of my usual 30g...
Lunch: Ham & cheese on wholemeal bread. Veg soup (Homemade. Same as yesterday)
Dinner: TBC
Snacks: 3x apples. 2x pears. 1x banana. 1x mandarin.
Water Target: 2Litres..
 
Oh dubs you must try it but leave out the ketchup, although you can't taste it but you may up chuck when you use it so that's not so good.

Busy day today - took daughter to kings hospital in London for a dental appointment , no time for breakfast so after our appointment at 1130. ( now gagging for a coffee) we walked to a McDonald's via morrisons . I bought a gammon and egg sandwich and a pack of salt n vinegar snack a jacks. Then we went to McDonald's where I very naughtily sat and ate my sandwich but I did buy a coffee and Lauren's meal. It was the best sandwich ever - definitely getting that one again.

Got back at 2pm and took son for a college interview where he got offered a place then & there doing an extended computer & IT diploma. delighted .com

Then dinner tonight was bash it coriander soy chicken , jacket potato with Philly, Romano pepper stuffed with garlic Philly, and emmental cheese with a chopped sundried tomato piece or two. Yummy

I made the others all an apple turnover each and cut a small piece of pastry for me with some apple and cinnamon and scrunched it in a little mound and baked for my syns treat.

OK so food...

Dinner: Is NANDO'S... Finally :) So will have a quarter butterfly chicken, corn, and chips.. IF I can manage it I want the brownies for dessert but I usually never get that far so will update whether or not I have it...
Snacks left for the afternoon are: 2x mandarins. 2x apples. 1x pear...
Water: So far... 6 tall glasses

So today was a good day

Work 930-1230 in one place , milky coffee (1 hea) for breakfast didn't get chance to have my cereal.

Then I managed to grab lunch on route to the next job

Lunch - ham sandwich (1heb) with a scrape of mayo (1 syn) . Chopped coriander and a tsp of sweet chilli sauce - gorgeous.
Pack of hoop & crosses (4 syns) , yogurt, pear and a 2 finger kitkat for mid afternoon snack with tea ( 5.5 syns )

Dinner - chilli prawn & mushroom romaine with Philly jacket . Best dinner in ages
