Hey scoobylou, I think it's a case of finding what suits you best.
For so long I only ever did green,because red days were too expensive because of the meat,and I was too scared to do ee,as I just didn't see how it worked being able to eat all food groups together,rather than red days or green days.
But the last couple of Weeks I have been doing ee,and I'm finding it really good.
A lot of people do mix it up during the week,just to have a bit of variety.
I'm sure pebs will explain it better than me lol !!!!!xx
