Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Today's meals , only brunch and dinner. and look I found ryvita snacks in morrisons for £1 that's 4.5 syns

Wow, thats a great loss in 2 weeks. Hearing this keeps me motivated - well done. I have my weigh in on thursday - fingers crossed.
We can't get fry light here - well at least I can't find it which is a bit frustrating so I use a brand called PAM which says it is 4 calories for every 1/2 second spray so reckon that is pretty good.

I tried to post last night and it said my post needs to be approved by moderator so not sure if this will happen until I post a certain amount of times. I should go and read more about that.
Loving seeing the photos of meals on here Pebbles. Great for ideas. I loved my fried egg sandwich this morning - yum yum. Thanks for the inspiration. Yummy lunch today with waitrose (yay we can get some of their stuff here) couscous with loads of veg and tuna. Dinner tonight is chicken stuffed with garlic and my Hex A cheese and a HUGE salad and jacket potato. I am pretty boring with my syns though - a meringue nest with mixed fruit and 0% total greek yogurt mixed with sweetener. I guess as I get more confident I will become more adventurous. You guys keep me inspired tho. Thanks so much x

Hi - me again. Pebbles saw your menu for day 7 was a green day - do you tend to alternate or do you do more green days. Just wondering what works best. I know I shouldnt be sceptical but I do seem to be eating a lot and obviously not eating the rubbish I was eating before but just wondering if my portion sizes on extra easy are too big on and wondering if I might be better with Green or Red. Not sure if any of that makes sense to you but I probably shouldn't worry about that until my weigh in. I am soooo sticking to the plan (its only been 5 days but I am a terrible snacker and am so proud of myself for sticking with it) so just want to make sure I am following it all correctly.
 
Hey scoobylou, I think it's a case of finding what suits you best.
For so long I only ever did green,because red days were too expensive because of the meat,and I was too scared to do ee,as I just didn't see how it worked being able to eat all food groups together,rather than red days or green days.
But the last couple of Weeks I have been doing ee,and I'm finding it really good.
A lot of people do mix it up during the week,just to have a bit of variety.
I'm sure pebs will explain it better than me lol !!!!!xx

Actually Tracy you were doing pretty well there but yes I agree it's what works for you and the circumstances of the day.

So basically it depends on what's on the schedule for the day as to what plan I stick to. You can do just red, just green, just EE or a mix of the 3 over the week.

For me, if I'm doing a roast and I want potatoes, parsnips , meat and I want toast in the morning then I need an EE day.
If I am working a long day 830-830 then I make it green, so I can have a bowl of pasta when I get in as its quick easy & filling.

My favourite are red though I'm a big meat fan.
I'm so glad you're inspired by our pics and meals we've probably got a recipe for everything here lol. Did you check out our other thread with all our recipes ??

Hi, been on a course for work today so been a bit naughty. Need to be good as have prob used a couple of days syns today. Difficult to calculate.
Oh well, superfree soup again tomorrow then to help.

Hello! Been milling around but very quiet :) been having a lazy few days with Toby and his daddy, Toby has come on so much in the past month sitting by himself and is now trying to crawl!! I am not too bad but dreading weigh in tomorrow morning! It is that time of the month so feeling bloated and because I went out on Saturday I think it's all in my head even though I picked wisely ( had garlic king prawns with pepper and onion and then salmon fillet on sweet potato with a spinach and chickpea balti.. was very tasty!)

Not long now dubs bet you are really excited! I saw your pram it's the same colour as mine so vibrant! Love your nursery too x
