Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Hi :) can I join please. Started sw from home on 2nd jan. my weigh in is thurs also.

week 1 lost 4lb
week 2 lost 3lb
week 3 lost 1lb

must try harder, well done on all fab weight loss this week xx

So an end to week 3 or day 18 for me , very pleased so far and I'm so proud of you all for persevering with menus, planking, running and generally sticking at it no matter what week you're on.

I stuck to plan again today and then rewarded myself with my weigh day treat a mint kitkat chunky dipped in my tea to melt it - oh my ! Heaven

Wow dubs you wouldn't think that you were nearly due,I think once you have baby dubs you will snap straight back into shape,you should be really proud how you have managed your weight,it shows how much willpower you have :)
And there is defiantly a difference in the pictures ! Xxxx

Hi, decided to go off plan for a couple of days and start fresh Sunday. Have been continuing to celebrate birthday with friends and family and decided to enjoy and chill about it. Birthday only once a year!
That said still on track with planking and will run tomorrow.

You look great in photos Dubchick. You have done really well to keep in gd shape.

Well, it's so far so good forme, although not enough water or body magic yet! Yesterday was tough, busy day at work followed by niece's birthday party. But I was organised enough - had hifi bars and banana for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, roast lamb with potato and veggies for dinner, packet of light crisps to finish! I didn't even smell the cake!!!

Today I had an omelette for breakfast (from my new omelette maker!!) tuna pasta for lunch and fish and chips with mushy peas for dinner. Haven't decided on my syns yet!!

I feel ill! Decided to treat myself to a rogan Josh takeaway for tea tonight after a long day of wedding fayres! Safe to say my stomach is churning... no more Indian takeaway for me if I feel this crap 30 mins afterwards :(

busy day today, up reasonably early and drove kids half way to their dads, so not far just into london. we arranged to meet at kensington tesco so we could grab a coffee and park free !
flaming eck its a posh one ! they have an artisan bakery and a very posh cafe. there were loads of special offers and i left my blasted purse at work didnt i !!!! der brain :sign0007:

had a lovely cappucino (1.5 syns for milk)

drove home and tucked into a nice helping of housework:whacky068: did really well too. felt i had acheived something, well until kids come back again tomorrow !

started on dinner and as i had a whole truck load of pak choi in the fridge it just had to be a chinese. so tried the beef in oyster sauce from the SW taste of asiabook. although i didnt use a whole red chilli , i used a tsp chopped chilli and i only used 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. thank god i did as it was well hot kickin enough thanks chef. well worth trying though i really liked it.

so heres what day 20 looked like




only a few syns today as went over yesterday, plus i havent had a b choice today (on EE) so im having a special k chewy bar thingy and an options choc later .

tomorrows plan is poundland for kit kat chunky - thanks tracy my shopping buddy xxxxx
then more housework maybe and a cheeky coffee somewhere possibly,
planning veggie tagliatelle and babybel meatballs on monday so i tried mincing the steak and it works, put into the freezer for an hour, then remove it and blitz, that way it doesnt resemble pulp . great tip.
