Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Well my food today has been:

Breakfast: poached eggs,toast,mushrooms and a spoon of beans.

lunch:2 black coffees.

Dinner: 2 pieces of chicken.

Snacks: an apple,a bag of wotsits chocolate mouse and an options hot chocolate !

I was at the school today from 11.30 till 5.30,I did a second hand uniform sale,and then helped at the Easter disco.then had to rush home ,feed the youngest as he had karate,then feed the others,so I just ate what I could !!

If you like coffee that ones nice, or I do a cinnamon and ground spice one with sultanas , that's good too . Or make one , slice in half to make like a Victoria sponge, fill with fromage frais mixed with sweetener and flavouring xx
 
Here's one of Stacey's recipes

Vanilla & white chocolate scan bran
------------------------------------------
4 scan bran (soak in water then drain)
Half a pot of vanilla Mullerlight yogurt
2 eggs
1 sachet of option white chocolate hot chocolate
Sweetener
& vanilla essence.

Mix altogether stirring well & either put in silicone cases or a bowl & microwave for 6 minutes. The whole recipe is 6 syns.

i actually just stood staring at the scales,as I can't believe I'm in the 15 stone bracket,I haven't been there since the 90's!!!!!!!!

Wooooooo well done buddy that's fabulous you lovely little star .

I'm happy too as I've lost 3lb since Monday!!!! Cant really celebrate too much as I was a lb lighter 3 weeks ago so ive just the lb left of my gains to lose . Still a great result , so I'm delighted . So I'm boarding the 715 - all aboard !! Tickets please xxxxxx

I weighed again at 12 7 so another sts for me which an over the moon with as have been crap food wise for a good bit now
 
Hi, I don't now how but a 1lb off fir me. Tjought I haf gained as have been scoffing biscuits at work and been v hungry.
Have also statred uding water balance which is v useful.

well i think its a jolly well done for all of us then, weve done so well and i think i can safely say weve probably all tried something a bit different this week. whether it be all of my train track tasks or just one of them. the chances are that not everyone either wants nor can fit in all of them. But hey this is why i give you so many so that i know in honesty youll maybe try at least one. and its working.
so for me , ive not always done all 6 tasks like yesterday didnt manage the steps , but i feel i have to do my best - seeing as i set them lol!

then if all you do is the water balance - then look how it helps, arby , bb and me, or the 5 a days like dubs , or scan bran like trace and smurf. - i am so so proud of you all. well done. now keep it up!!

this week i'd like to add one extra platform - platform 7 which is to include a fish dish somewhere if possible.

I filled out the details in one of Toby's 10min naps its quite nice as if you set waking and lunch times it sends you little reminders. I am currently at 40% for today and sick and tired and of needing the loo!! But 3 days of getting to 100% now!!

dubs i know what you mean, try entering your cup of tea before youve had any water and it wont accept it.
so as you can imagine im having to drink water then add the 3 cups of coffee ive had afterwards.
the aim is you should start the day with a glass of water to give you energy ! blooming eck im as prickly as a hedgehog if i dont get my tea before my eyes have focused. but im game to try it .

doing well so far with the tracks
grapefruit - check
5 a days - 4 down 1 to go
scan bran - here next to me for my mid afternoon cup of tea (& water) :7834:
