Anyone else worried??

I have been weighed today and gained 2lbs :(

I can only blame myself, I haven't been able to get back on track since going out for a meal over a week ago and I suppose for what I have eaten these last few days, a 2lb gain isn't too bad.

My cd counsellor perhaps feels that I should have a break over xmas and get back into things in January but I know it will give me a licence to cheat as I am a kind of all or nothing girl, ie, ss or nothing!!. :confused:

I am really worried tho that I will end up gaining nearly a stone by the time I see her on 8th Jan, (last weigh in next Thursday) as when I went on a 2 week holiday in the Summer I gained 12 lbs!

In an ideal world I should be sticking to the cd from now until 7 Jan and just having xmas day, boxing day and new years eve off! Oh and I've got two meals out between now and xmas day. I just feel its easier said than done tho at this moment in time. I seriously need to have a good chat with myself tonight!!LOL.

Am I the only one worried about food and weight gain over this festive period and all the hard work could end up being a waste of time??

Try not to worry about it too much ... I know if I did I would just dwell on things and then probably eat for comfort. If you are going to be eating through Christmas have a good read through your yellow book at the higher plans and have it planned out what you will eat from the allowed foods, hopefully that way you shouldnt do too much damage.

Your fellow cd'ers will be about over Crimbo too so just keep posting especially if you find things getting a bit rough, keep the water intake up and dont stress too much, enjoy Christmas!

you and me both . i havent got back on track in weeks, but forunately have maintained my loss and lost another couple of lb , god only knows how as i seem to be attatched by the hand to a tin of choccies ..... quality street being this weeks preference.
i am determined to get back on track in the new year and shift a few more lbs or 10 !!!

DON'T DO IT!!!! go onto add a meal for the xmas week - NO CARBS. DONT BREAK IT!!! Who cares it is christmas being slim will taste much better. It is much harder after a break. YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY IT IS IN YOUR HEAD!
