Hi, well done on getting your first week done. How much did you lose this week.?
Setting a challenge is great to keep yourself motivated. I've gained a few pounds over the last few weeks and hope to get back in control over the coming weeks. Might be tough to do as I have two parties and a mini break in the next few weeks! Lol!
I'll do my best to still lose a few pounds or at least not gain!!
I'll officially get back logging next week and will keep an eye on how you are doing.
By the way, to answer your question on your other thread, sugar free jelly is o.k but in moderation. If you keep a firm check on portion sizes and eat gl friendly foods you should manage 2 to 3 pounds a week. Don't forget that your exercise will be building muscle which weighs more than fat, so don't be disappointed if your losses are smaller.
