Ive just been doing red and green days, not a big fan of veg, I did slimming worl d couple of years ago b4 extra easy came in nd lost 2 n half stone, put bk on mre than a stone though so im back how much have you got to loose?
Im not a huge veg lover either tbh, i fill up on fruit mainly. I originally want to lose 5 stone but need to lose about 7 to be in the healthy range lol.
