Anyone going gym?

    Hi all
    I am starting gym tomorrow as i have now lost almost 4st since the beginning of the year so i thought i had better start toning up now.

    Was just wondering if anyone else is going gym and if so does it change your weekly weigh in results? I know i need to work out now but i still hope to see at least 3lb a week still come off on the scales.

    No gym for me, can't be bothered:giggle: Although i rarely use my car now & walk everywhere......

    Muscle weighs more than fat so it may make a difference to weight loss although the inches would come off faster...

    Yes, go for it!!

    Actually going to gym helps in the weight loss as your body burns more calories and although some people may say tat it turns into muscle, but went gym just before i finished, and it help me to tone and and get into shape, and the scales were friendly with me as well.

    I'd say for the 1st 2 weeks do moderate workouts and then move on to intense onces if you desire. Make sure you drink water before you go to gym, at the gym and when you finish you workouts as you dont wonna get dehydrated.
