it seems that so many recipies & WW ideas & lists of branded food are all american. america has so many options when it comes to weight watchers. anyone else from australia? any places i can get good australian recipies or a list of branded food that is helpful towards WW?

sorry, im from the uk but good luck finding the foods.
have u tried getting recipies from the internet like from scratch which u can use foods for from australia. or ebay do biscuits and w/w bars which might allow postage to u.

weight watchers have a website for australia and new zeland, the recipies on there should be ok for u, have u checked this site out. just type weight watchers australia in

thanks for your replies. there are only limited recipies online without joining WW. i can't afford to join i'm trying to save for a holiday.
