slightly disappointed if truth be told.....I see on the boards peeps losing amazing amounts....any tips? I know we are all different....maybe this week will be more than 2-3lbs, which is the average I hear. Just seems like a huge sacrifice for this amount....does that sound negative?!! On other diets I have tried, which involved eating, that was achievable per week.....
