Thanks for that, It's about a 20min walk from where I work so not too bad, I'll pop along one evening and have a look around. I do some walking in the evenings now, about 2 miles from work to the B&B but I know I'll need to burn some more calories than that eventually.

Hey Wayne,
I am from Telford although I live in Oxfordshire now. Anyway there is the Great Hay gym in Sutton Heights (dunno how far that is from where your working?!) or if you want one nr the Town Ctr you could try the one at the old Moat House Hotel, I think it is called something else now though, that wasnt too stuffy when I was going!

Sorry cant be of anymore help, hope you enjoy your time in Telford, I miss it sometimes as my parents are still there:sigh:
