i have looked in asda and tesco and can't find any -
the fact i don't know what names i looking for make it harder!

if you mean pudding in the general sense then I imagine there's a lot to choose from & the atkins & others swear by sugar free jelly.

If you mean pudding in the suet /steamed pud sense thenno sorry no idea.

that you put in cakes and things like that a quick way of making cakes!
