Oh bu**er, I thought you could drink alot of it.

Iv been having 3 pint sized mugs a day and putting 2 tsp in each.

I better put a stop to that then .

Yep there are 2g of carbs per serving so limited to one only.

Just to clarify - this also goes for the sweet drink flavourings, 1 tsp per day.

Is that all?When I did LL I used to have 2 cups of the savoury drink a day and probably around 2tsp of the sweet flavourings -I'm pretty lucky though and slip into ketosis easily so maybe that's why my LL counsellor never said anything to me.

it's different on lighterlife as far as I know - unlimited water flavourings - within reason! and 2 savoury drinks a day...
