Anyone on 18 points a day??

Not been on here for ages - really need to get my act together and start to loose a few pounds! A friend of my has recently started WW and she's told me I should be on 18 points a day but looking at the thread on this site i work it out to be 17 a day.

I find sticking to 17 points a day and real struggle - any advice would be greatly appreciated. My major downfall is I don't like fruit and im not a big veg fan!!!!!!

Any ideas would be gratefully received!!!

hiya

have you tried any of the chilled meals?

some of them are fab not to bad points wise and not overloaded with veg

is it that you go over points or dont eat enough?

I always end up going over my points!!!

I start the day fine with cereal, yoghurt and fruit juice and then have sandwich or crispbreads for lunch with a cereal bar as a snack. The trouble starts when i get in from work and im starving!!!!! Im doing loads of exercise at the moment so if i start as soon as i get in from work i can keep out of the kitchen before cooking dinner. The problem then starts again later in the evening when the "munchies" start!! lol.

Think i just need to get focused!!

If you are doing loads of exercise you are probably earning bonus points so you might want to use them up if you are struggling to stay within your range ;)

i know what you mean, this is why i work evenings and weekends lol

not allowed to eat at desks

how about having a glass of water when you feel hungry?

what sort of things do you like?
