Anyone on the 1000kcal option?

    Just wondering if theres anyone out there on the 1000kcal option?? Ive started that plan today and Im a bit lonely :sign0163:

    From what I understand it's around 3lb per week on average...but I guess it depends on the individual and how it suits their body.

    Lipotrim, moved to CD
    I'm on the 810 :) I didn't start out on it though, I started on Lipotrim which is the same as Sole Source on CD. Did this for 4 weeks then switched. I think you are very sensible to start on 1000, I'm sure you will have good weight losses. Then, if you plateau, or want to speed up your losses, you always have the option of going lower.
