Anyone restarting today, tomorrow or tuesday?!!!

Hiya,I'm starting tomorrow,exactly one year and one week from when I first jumped onto the cd wagon last year. Have put about 3st3 on of the 4st 12 I lost,and most of that since Easter!!!!!!!
Am hoping to lose 5st by xmas which should take me to about bmi 23 or 24.
Will be having sept 19th (wdg aniv) and 21st Nov off as I did last year,and still lost in both those weeks.

I restarted today, lost 30lbs and then had a break over the summer (couldn't cope with going away and the kids off school!) Hoping to loose the rest of the weight before Christmas :)

I, too, am back on the CD bandwagon to lose 30 pounds just like you Ellie. I joined Clare's September challenge and put myself down to lose 10 pounds. Mrs T it is nice to see a familiar member, and hope to support you on your way back to goal. It is disheartening to gained so much back (speaking of myself) -- but the good thing is that I have done it once, so I know I CAN lose it.

I'm not very familiar with how to use this site, but when I clicked on user cp I saw I had replies!

I started this thread cause I wanted ppl to do a diary with me so we could motivate each other, but then I just assumed no1 was starting...so do you all want to keep a kind of diary together so we can encourage and support each other...pls :)

I've already started one on the cambridge diet diaries boarded titled 'this is my last attempt, and I WILL succeed'. U guys want to join that? N we can regularly update it?

Hiya I sort of started 3 days ago... I've been good as gold all day, drinking water etc then each evening I've eaten a normal meal:rolleyes:. I will NOT do that tonight...I really want to do this.
I'm sort of scared of succeeding as well as scared of failing...how stupid is that?:eek:
Hi Ladies,

How is everyone doing? I was ill at the beginning of the week (a bad cold), but am on the mend now. I started back walking and have walked at least 3 miles for the past three days. Tomorrow I am going to see if I can walk the three miles in 45 minutes or less (the used to be a U.S. military standard for troops on a non-running profile).
I have not the best at sticking to my diet, but I am hoping to show a loss this week. I will weigh on Monday.

Hello ladies i restarted monday after an iffy summer off. I'm back to lose 45 pounds. I know i CAN do it, i just need to keep myself busy the first few weeks. I just get soooo hungry at times!!!
I am going to start next week
I will be a little on and off with the holidays , I will be as good as I can be.
2 weeks 100% , home to see my family for 8 days
after that 100% until goal.........
I need buddies!!!!!!!!
