I've been on CD for 10 days now. My consultant recommended Step 3 as I wanted to be able to socialise and eat normal food. So I'm on two products a day, I can also have my usual breakfast of porridge, which I really love.
So far so good, 1st weigh in, I lost 9.5lbs
Which I wad really pleased with. My Consultant is on hols, so I've got another 10 days before being weighed, so need to keep motivated.
Anyone else on Step 3? Just wondering what to expect to lose. I've got a holiday in 13 weeks and would love to be 3st lighter.
