Anyone still do mix 2 match

And still lose weight ok.

I normally frequently do mostly EE days but at the moment I have a jaw/tooth injury and I am on a soft diet so a lot of my normal veggies and fruits (espcial and salads and crudites) are off limits so I have been doing mostly reds and greens so I don't have to worry so much about 1/3 superfree.

But tomorrow my breakfast at the moment is baked beans and eggs (green day )

and i really want to do the rest of the day as red as it is day 7 of fishy week.

Can i just do mix 2 match?

I still do Mix 2 Match, I have lost 4lb this week so it can be done.

I used to do EE all the time but found I had STS or gains so I thought I would give it a bit of a mix up and throw in a few M2M days, EE & Had 2 1/2 FISHY DAYS last week - so M2M works for me.

Its worth giving it a try!

I still do mix2max some days - at least once a week. I like it and it gives another bit of variety to the plan.
I hope you feel better soon.
