Hi and welcome. It seems to be very quiet around here now. Xen can help you eat healthily, as the consequences of not doing so can be unpleasant. Ie tangoed. I found joining myfitnesspal.com really good for tracking calories and exercise. My best motivation and support came from those i met here. Their diaries and posts were great. Stickies are a good source of useful info too. I wish you all the best on your journey x
