Anyone suffer with facial rash on this diet?

I am not prone to getting facial spots or acne but since been on this diet for two days I have noticed a rash on my chin. Is this bad toxins and will they disappear?

I got something similar when I first start behind one of my ears. I wasn't sure if it was diet related or connected to a bite I had there as someone had told that if your bitten by a spider rather than a mosquito which I had assumed this was, you get a rash of little spots around the main bite. Yuk. Either way it was really sore for a few days but cleared up pretty quickly and I've never had anything else.

Oh well thats ok again then I hope it will pass, its not the best thing to look at if I am honest

When I started I got awful sores at the back of my neck, under my hair. They were very itchy and sore, but only lasted a week or two. You have my sympathy!

yeah, ive gone really spotty this week and itchy scalp.

I had that when I started LL. but soon that dissapeared and I must say that my skin was the best it has ever been. rashes cleared and spots gone.

I guess its just part of the initial detox

i have loads of spots that have come out and I hardly ever get spots!!

Ive developed some itchy lumps/ spots on my back and hips of all places. Seem to be clearing now. !

Thats some relief. I did have loads behind my ears too. I just hope they quickly pass
